Stimulate your energy with this simple, 20-minute movement-based practice that incorporates opening postures and purifying breathwork. Warm up on Hands and Knees then Bicycles and Lunge Salutes to fire up the core. A fast-paced Warrior flow keeps the heart rate pumping. Finish your practice with balancing breathwork and a mindful meditation that leaves you feeling focused and energized in mind and body.

These salutations offer a wonderful way to enliven energy and release stiffness from your body. The calm steady pace, focus on breath and quality of movement offer a 'moving meditation' and bring you to state of calm alertness. This sequence is a great alternative to the more fiery sun salutation, bringing the same energetic and physical balance in a nourishing way. A wonderful way to start or end your day.

Of all the asanas, headstand and shoulderstand best prepare the body-mind for meditation and pranayama. When done correctly, they bring lightness and ease to the body. This focused sequence includes just four poses to invert the body followed by a powerfully centering meditation at the end. Props Needed: A block and three blankets.

Short on time? Get your movement, breath, and meditation in one class. Warm-up briefly then ride the wave of your breath through sun salutations and an energizing sequence of poses including half moon, side angle with torso circles, modified side plank, and a lion’s roar in cobra pose. Followed by Kundalini-style pivots, Frog, then Sun A and B with eyes closed. Ease into Double Pigeon and a seated meditation to wind down. The stretchy sequence starts with Surya Namaskar A and Figure Four Chair then culminates in Warrior II, Warrior III, Extended Side Angle, Wide-Legged Forward Fold, and Side Lunge. Finish with light core work, Shoulderstand, Plow, and Savasana feeling a mind-body release.
