Move & Meditate with Intention - Preview

This relaxing class focuses on bringing awareness to the breath and body through slow, steady movement and calming meditation. Begin with mindful seated movement and breathwork. Followed by Kundalini-style pivots, Frog, then Sun A and B with eyes closed. Ease into Double Pigeon and a seated meditation to wind down.
