Trained in both Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, Kia offers an inspiring and powerful combination of asana, breath, meditation and chanting that leaves students uplifted and empowered. Yoga

Level 2 30 mins

This Kundalini class helps facilitate presence, healing, and connection to your deepest self through breathwork and dynamic movement. Start with a brief warm-up, followed by Breath of Fire with arm circles to expand your energy, then ground your body with Bow Pose and squats. Finish your practice with a meditation on love. This class was previously streamed on July 20, 2021.

Level 1-2 30 mins

Generate a deep shift in your energy with this cool and collected Kundalini class. The practice will begin with a chant. From there it will go through a series of breath work and meditation. This class will offer the opportunity to let go of the noise and challenge your body and mind.

Yoga

Level 2 45 mins

This Kundalini class is for anyone looking to cultivate a meditative state through a series of dynamic postures and breathwork called Agni Sara to build vitality and clear stagnant energy. Begin with Surya Namaskara, then a series of mostly seated postures. Finish with a 7-minute section of belly pumping breathwork to dissolve stagnation, particularly from emotions that have been pushed down. This class was previously streamed on July 20, 2021
