Yoga

Level 1-2 30 mins

A stretchy, strength-building Kundalini practice with modification offered throughout so it can be done at any point in pregnancy. Glow from the inside out as you move through modified Sun Salutations that peak in Crescent Moon and Goddess poses with dynamic arm movement. End your practice chanting Long Sat Nam. Props Suggested: a cushion or blanket to sit on.

Level 2 30 mins

This practice is one of four Kundalini classes in our Connection & Love Series. Utilize Antara Kumbhaka pranayama, visualization, gentle spinal movement, and an empowering meditation to calm the mind and release negative thoughts so you can fully embody you truth. Props Required: a cushion or chair. This class was previously aired on November 11, 2021.

Meditation

Level 2 30 mins

This class gathers energy from all the chakras and stabilizes it in the mind. Begin with Alternate Nostril Breathing to bring neutrality to the mind, then meditate on the mantra So Hum to merge your mind, body, and breath. We strongly suggest using headphones to optimize your experience. Props Suggested: a cushion, blanket, or something to sit on.
