This Kundalini class is for anyone looking to cultivate a meditative state through a series of dynamic postures and breathwork called Agni Sara to build vitality and clear stagnant energy. Begin with Surya Namaskara, then a series of mostly seated postures. Finish with a 7-minute section of belly pumping breathwork to dissolve stagnation, particularly from emotions that have been pushed down. This class was previously streamed on July 20, 2021
