Kia Miller imparts her radiant spirit and joy for life in her yoga classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings throughout the world. Kia has spent over 2 decades studying and practicing. Trained in both Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, Kia offers an inspiring and powerful combination of asana, breath, meditation and chanting that leaves students uplifted and empowered. Yoga

Level 1-2 30 mins

This practice serves as your go-to for when you need to calm fluctuating thoughts and shift your mindset. Move through standing side bends and spinal twists, balancing and cleansing breathwork, and seated meditation to release mental chatter. Highlights include Alternate Nostril Breathing and Shambhavi Mudra. This is the third class of Kia’s four-part Rejuvenation Series. Each class focuses on replenishing your energy to better support yourself on and off the mat. This class previously aired on September 21, 2022.

Yoga

Level 1-2 45 mins

Gradually build energy in a gentle yet strengthening way, moving through a sequence of seated, kneeling, and standing dynamic movements. Tap into your mind-body connection while practicing Low Lunge, Half Split, standing spinal twists with Breath of Fire, Alternate Nostril Breathing, and Savasana. This is the second class of Kia’s four-part Rejuvenation Series. Each class focuses on replenishing your energy to better support yourself on and off the mat. This class previously aired on September 13, 2022.

Meditation

Level 1-2 30 mins

Nurture yourself with gentle movement, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra so that you can show up in all areas of your life with adequate energy. Begin with spinal warmups and Alternate Nostril Breathing, then follow a guided, reclined meditation for total relaxation to finish feeling uplifted. This is the first class of Kia’s four-part Rejuvenation Series. Each class focuses on replenishing your energy to better support yourself on and off the mat. This class previously aired on September 7, 2022.
