Level 1-2 30 mins

If in doubt, take this class! It completely rejuvenates your state of being, clearing out the old and ushering in calm, presence, and connection. Practice a seated breathwork sequence with segments of Breath of Fire, long deep breaths, and mudras, followed by relaxation. Experience life so much better after taking this class that helps you move through resistance keeping you in outdated patterns. You’ll move energy so that you can access a sublime state. Warm your body with Sun Salutations and core work, then practice seated and standing kriyas with powerful breathwork and Sat Kriya for deep relaxation. Create heart-mind coherence in this pranayama-based Kundalini class that leaves you elevated, harmonized, and clear-minded. Start with a standing warm-up to get energy flowing, practice a seated kriya with arm movements to build prana at the heart center, then end with an 8-stroke breath that helps to balance your brain and nervous system. This is class 2 in Kia’s 8-week Relax And Renew Series that helps to enhance your well-being by reducing stress and creating the capacity to react calmly.
