This practice uses gentle movement and breathwork to integrate your mind, body, energy, and spirit and enhance your overall presence. Prepare for stillness with spinal movements, side bends, and Down Dog, then practice Alternate Nostril Breathing, Breath of Fire, and meditation to finish.
