International Day of Yoga on June 21st marks a worldwide salute to the ancient traditions of yoga. Initially proposed by Prime Minister Modi of India in 2014, this day is also specifically chosen to be celebrated on the Summer Solstice. Join us on the mat to share gratitude for yoga, recognizing how its practices have evolved with us for centuries. Start with a light body shake, then move through a gentle breath-led flow with Chair Pose, Baby Cobra, Low Lunge variations, Half Splits, and a standing balance.
