Glo’s Power Yoga delivers an intense, high-energy workout while cultivating inner power. Its fast-paced, vigorous style is rooted in traditional yoga postures, sequencing from pose to pose focused on enhancing athleticism while finding calm within. You’ll build strength, increase flexibility and mobility, boost cardiovascular endurance, improve balance, and release stress. This is a great style for those familiar with yoga poses, in good condition, looking to push boundaries, and ready for a physical challenge. Glo’s Power Yoga sequences vary from class to class, but there is one constant – you’ll get a good sweat, rev your heart rate, and feel empowered upon finishing.
