Amy Rosoff Davis is a celebrity trainer, health, and wellness coach dedicated to helping people become their best self. She believes to achieve one's optimal level of health the body, the mind and soul must work together. This foundation of consciousness, combined with a healthy lifestyle and diet, is the recipe for self-love and acceptance which leads to happiness and abundance.

For 12 years, Amy studied and competed in dance, then went on to receive a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, where she continued dance training with Tai Chi, yoga, and Pilates incorporations. Amy specializes in yoga, ballet-pilates fusion, and HIIT, and spent years training in high-impact aerobics, kickboxing, circuit training, and dance cardio.

Amy helps her students achieve long, lean, strong muscles and an inner confidence that builds with time and commitment. You can expect to leave Amy’s classes feeling both energized and a solid sense of accomplishment.

Tune into your mind-body connection with breath-lead Pilates exercises that practice proper form. This full-body burn includes glute work, Planks, and an ab sieres with optional props to up your challenge. This class was previously aired on January 13, 2022. Props Suggested: 1 Pilates ball, ankle weights, and a resistance band.

Get a feel for what working out with a Pilates reformer feels like without the actual machine. Activate your entire muscle range with exercises that use your “Pilates box” to maximize balance, then target your abs using a Pilates ball. This class was previously aired on December 28, 2021. Props Required: 1 Pilates Ball, ankle weights, and a couch/chair/bench to mimic a Pilates box.
