Amy Rosoff Davis is a celebrity trainer, health, and wellness coach dedicated to helping people become their best self. For 12 years, Amy studied and competed in dance, then went on to receive a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, where she continued dance training with Tai Chi, yoga, and Pilates incorporations. Amy specializes in yoga, ballet-pilates fusion, and HIIT, and spent years training in high-impact aerobics, kickboxing, circuit training, and dance cardio.

This full-body recovery class takes you through a variety of stretches to release tension in your body and mind. This class can be done after a tough workout or on a recovery day. Begin by opening the hips with a series of Down Dogs to Low Lunges and Lizard Pose, the move through a variety of hamstring and quad releases. Finish in a soothing Savasana to seal in your practice. This quick core-burner combines Pilates with optional props, traditional ab exercises, and yoga postures to hit every muscle in your abdominals, obliques, and lower back. Warm-up with a dynamic Plank series, then use the ball to amp up traditional crunches and ab exercises. Cool down with a short stretch. Props Suggested: Pilates ball or a towel.

This class is perfect for postnatal mothers and beginners looking to move and stretch their body gently. Begin with Plies to side stretch and Sun Salutations, then glute work with optional ankle weights. Stretch in Butterfly, Pigeon, and Child’s Pose. Props Suggested: 1-3 lb. ankle weights, 2 blocks, 1 bolster or blanket.
