Amy Rosoff Davis is a celebrity trainer, health, and wellness coach dedicated to helping people become their best self. She believes to achieve one's optimal level of health the body, the mind and soul must work together. This foundation of consciousness, combined with a healthy lifestyle and diet, is the recipe for self-love and acceptance which leads to happiness and abundance.

For 12 years, Amy studied and competed in dance, then went on to receive a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, where she continued dance training with Tai Chi, yoga, and Pilates incorporations. Amy specializes in yoga, ballet-pilates fusion, and HIIT, and spent years training in high-impact aerobics, kickboxing, circuit training, and dance cardio.

Amy helps her students achieve long, lean, strong muscles and an inner confidence that builds with time and commitment. You can expect to leave Amy’s classes feeling both energized and a solid sense of accomplishment.

Pilates

Level 2-3 30 mins

Sculpt your entire body with a blend of yoga conditioning and mat Pilates. Move through challenging upper body work with weights then a yoga flow with standing poses. Complete this full-body burn with core and glute work using your bolster. This class was previously aired on October 12, 2021. Props Required: 1-5 lb. hand weights and a bolster.

Level 2 15 mins

When you’re short on time and craving a tough full-body workout, this class is for you. This fusion series strengthens your arms and abs with creative Planks (think, more than just Mountain Climbers) and just the right amount of Down Dog and Childs Pose relief to get you through. This class was previously aired on October 5, 2021.

Fitness

Level 2 30 mins

This high-intensity Barre class uses leg-focused mindful movement to generate heat in your entire lower body. Power through this mostly standing sequence with variations of Plié, Hydrants, and Arabesques. Then, move to the mat for a final leg series and stretch. This class was previously aired on September 28, 2021. Props Required: Pilates ball, 1 resistance band, and a chair.
