Amy Rosoff Davis is a celebrity trainer, health, and wellness coach dedicated to helping people become their best self. She believes to achieve one's optimal level of health the body, the mind and soul must work together. This foundation of consciousness, combined with a healthy lifestyle and diet, is the recipe for self-love and acceptance which leads to happiness and abundance.
For 12 years, Amy studied and competed in dance, then went on to receive a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, where she continued dance training with Tai Chi, yoga, and Pilates incorporations. Amy specializes in yoga, ballet-pilates fusion, and HIIT, and spent years training in high-impact aerobics, kickboxing, circuit training, and dance cardio.
Amy helps her students achieve long, lean, strong muscles and an inner confidence that builds with time and commitment. You can expect to leave Amy’s classes feeling both energized and a solid sense of accomplishment.
Pilates
This challenging Pilates class tones your body and strengthens your core, supporting you in standing taller and boosting your stamina for your overall practice. Fire up through a sweaty, prop-assisted series focusing on All Fours work, supine ab work, and prone and side-lying thigh exercises. This class previously aired on September 28, 2023.
Fitness
Stretch your entire body in this mindful series that releases tension and stiffness and can be used before or after a workout. Enjoy stretches for your obliques, side body, hip flexors, thighs, and glutes. Fitness
This workout keeps you on your toes with a blend of kickboxing, dance moves, yoga elements, and a Plank series. Rev your heart rate, tone your body, and enjoy a practice that yields results.
