Amy Rosoff Davis is a celebrity trainer, health, and wellness coach dedicated to helping people become their best self. She believes to achieve one's optimal level of health the body, the mind and soul must work together. This foundation of consciousness, combined with a healthy lifestyle and diet, is the recipe for self-love and acceptance which leads to happiness and abundance.
For 12 years, Amy studied and competed in dance, then went on to receive a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, where she continued dance training with Tai Chi, yoga, and Pilates incorporations. Amy specializes in yoga, ballet-pilates fusion, and HIIT, and spent years training in high-impact aerobics, kickboxing, circuit training, and dance cardio.
Amy helps her students achieve long, lean, strong muscles and an inner confidence that builds with time and commitment. You can expect to leave Amy’s classes feeling both energized and a solid sense of accomplishment.
Pilates
If your upper body needs a rest, this is a great class to still get a powerful workout. You’ll focus on your lower body to build a strong foundation in a fun, upbeat, and accessible series that encourages quality movement. Pilates
Sculpt with intention in this fiery workout that strengthens your lower body.
