Amy Rosoff Davis is a celebrity trainer, health, and wellness coach dedicated to helping people become their best self. She believes to achieve one's optimal level of health the body, the mind and soul must work together. This foundation of consciousness, combined with a healthy lifestyle and diet, is the recipe for self-love and acceptance which leads to happiness and abundance.

For 12 years, Amy studied and competed in dance, then went on to receive a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, where she continued dance training with Tai Chi, yoga, and Pilates incorporations. Amy specializes in yoga, ballet-pilates fusion, and HIIT, and spent years training in high-impact aerobics, kickboxing, circuit training, and dance cardio.

Amy helps her students achieve long, lean, strong muscles and an inner confidence that builds with time and commitment. You can expect to leave Amy’s classes feeling both energized and a solid sense of accomplishment.

Level 2 20 mins

Rev your heart rate and strengthen your body in this fun, upbeat kickboxing cardio class that kickstarts summer on the right foot. You’ll boost endorphins, get a good sweat, increase stamina, and stay on top of your game. The brisk-paced series includes a standing warm-up, Kicks and Punches of all kinds, Sumo Squats, and Down Dog to Donkey Kicks. This Pilates fusion practice incorporates control, balance, and breath to strengthen your core and mind-body connection. Using ankle weights and a small stability ball, you'll move with intention through Down Dog, Lunge, a side-lying outer thigh series, All Fours glutes work, Bridge work, Pilates abdominal exercises, and a kneeling arm series. Pilates

This go-to, prop-free Pilates class is one to save for return practice. You’ll focus on core activation and full-body integration while moving mindfully through exercises that pack a punch — quality over quantity. Options to increase or decrease intensity are offered, helping you to build your practice each time. Exercises include Planks, Roll Like a Ball, supine abdominal work, Bear Pose, and glute and outer thigh work. This class previously aired on May 22, 2025.
