CONSUMER HEALTH DATA PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: July 20, 2026

This policy explains how Glo Digital Inc. ("Glo," "we," or "us") handles consumer health data for residents of Washington and Nevada. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes our data practices generally. "Consumer health data" means personal information that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status.

What we collect

  • Health-related information you choose to share with us, such as injuries or injury history, pregnancy or postpartum status, menopause, medical conditions, sleep, and mental wellbeing. You might share this in onboarding questions, journal entries, messages to instructors, or by selecting programs designed for a specific condition.

  • Inferences we draw from that information or from your activity on the Service, such as an interest in recovery-focused or prenatal classes.

We collect consumer health data from you directly and from your use of the Service. We do not collect it from any other source.

How we use it

With your consent, we use consumer health data to provide and personalize the Service, including recommending classes and programs suited to what you have shared. We do not use consumer health data for advertising.

Consent

We collect and use consumer health data only with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the privacy controls in the Service or by contacting us. Withdrawal applies going forward.

Who we share it with

We share consumer health data only with service providers that process it on our behalf under contracts that prohibit them from using it for any purpose other than providing services to us. We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share it with any third party or affiliate for their own use, and we do not share it with advertising platforms.

Your rights

  • Confirmation and access. You can ask us to confirm whether we collect or share your consumer health data, and to provide access to it, including a list of the third parties with whom we have shared it.

  • Withdrawal. You can withdraw your consent to our collection and use of your consumer health data.

  • Deletion. You can ask us to delete your consumer health data.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@glo.com with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Request" or use the privacy controls linked in the Service footer. We will verify your request through the email address associated with your account. If we decline any part of your request, you can appeal by replying to our response. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General or the Nevada Attorney General.
