Across the series, participants will explore standing work, seated core activation, All Fours variations, Bridge work, side-lying leg series, balance training, and gentle strength-building sequences with modifications throughout. Each class emphasizes breath, alignment, and controlled movement in a safe, encouraging environment that honors the realities of postnatal recovery while helping participants rebuild strength, stability, and resilience.
