Cardio classes are designed to boost your heart rate. They can include both high or low-impact movements ranging from circuit training and plyometric exercises to kickboxing and dance-inspired sequences. Cardio exercises are pretty much guaranteed to make you sweat, while also increasing energy, stamina, and cardiovascular health.

Looking for an efficient, sweaty workout? This class is for you. Power through an energizing series with Lateral Kicks, High Knees, Lateral Shuffles, and Jumping Jacks to elevate your heart rate and feel accomplished upon finishing. This class previously aired on July 17, 2024.

With a blend of choreography and controlled exercises, this spicy kickboxing workout tests your stamina and activates your mind-body connection.
