Cardio classes are designed to boost your heart rate. They can include both high or low-impact movements ranging from circuit training and plyometric exercises to kickboxing and dance-inspired sequences. Cardio exercises are pretty much guaranteed to make you sweat, while also increasing energy, stamina, and cardiovascular health.

With ballet and barre-inspired movements, this class fuses different ranges of motion with balancing and toning exercises while still being a full-on cardio workout. Highlights include Second Position Pliés and Pulses, Leg Lifts, Lunges, Petit Battement, and a supine series. Work your entire body, elevate your heart rate, and expect to finish sweaty.
