Cardio, meet strength training. This challenging fusion workout gets you sweating *and* building lean muscle in an upbeat, high-energy series. Warm up with Squats, then move through Kickboxing, Lunges, Curtsy, All Fours glutes work, and ab work with lots of cardio bursts in between.
