Mindfulness meditations bring you into the present moment with cues to become aware of thoughts, feelings, sensations, and the breath. This technique is simple — but can take practice — and has many benefits, including easing anxiety, reducing stress, focusing the mind, and processing emotions. Mindfulness can be used in day-to-day activities, but these classes are primarily practiced seated.
