Jacy Cunningham

Jacy Cunningham is a celebrity trainer, movement therapist, and motivational speaker on a singular mission: to redefine what it means to be well.

After growing up in a family of athletes and signing a football scholarship to Howard University, Jacy spent years chasing elite performance - until he walked away from the sport in 2012 and found himself navigating months of depression, searching for identity beyond the game. That search led him to something more powerful: the intersection of movement and meaning.

In 2013, he became the resident fitness instructor for Summit Series, teaching movement to a community of the world's leading entrepreneurs and global thought leaders. It was there that he developed The Jacy Method: A physical and emotional movement experience designed to help people reflect and embrace every part of who they are. Jacy has since developed a number of online fitness, meditation, and motivation classes for a global audience with partners like Alo, Nike and Red Bull. He holds certifications from AAAI/ISMA and Qoya Yoga.

Based in Los Angeles, Jacy can be found teaching the Primal Moves Method at Primal Moves Venice. He is guided by one simple belief: move people, in every sense of the word.
