Yoga

Level 1-2 15 mins

This sweet class will help the whole family have a good stretch while thinking about all the things that are waking up along with you. Start your day together with this lovely morning ritual.

Pilates

Level 1 15 mins

Get a great work out while having fun with your family! The first part of class will get your heart racing while helping the kids learn coordination. You'll do the silly shakes and jumping jacks, then bring it to the floor for some light core work with bicycles, swimming, and boat.

Yoga

Level 1-2 10 mins

Have fun practicing with mommy or daddy and learn a lot about balance! Come sit down together on your mat and play with fun balancing shapes. Explore lots of side to side movements, rowing your boat, twirling and much more! Maybe you have a lot of spirit and need to run around? Practice getting your energy out around your mat, too! Conclude with a soothing breath exercise, relaxing together in savasana.

Stretching and conscious breathing are both integral to a healthy lifestyle and the earlier we start the better. A perfect way for parents to practice yoga with their tweens and or teens, while instilling in each other the importance of family time and self care. Props Needed: A strap.

Fun mommy and me class features forward bends, down dogs, twists and lunges. Learn about breathing through your nose and clappping hands together. You can never really plan a mommy and me class with toddlers, so go with the flow, let go of expectations and have fun!

Gather the whole family for a very adventurous picnic in the forest! Follow teddy bear on an imaginative storyline through the woods, weaving in yoga poses like cat/cow, mountain, tree, crescent, and warrior 3 along the way. Props Suggested: A large piece of cloth (a shawl or table cloth will do).
