This class educates you on how to activate, stretch and open up your pec muscles in yoga postures. Begin with a long, hands-and-knees warm- up. Then kick into high-gear with a modified Chaturanga Plank series—moving from Plank to Side Plank, then from Full Plank to Forearm Plank. Counterpose with prone pec stretches and heart openers. Leave class feeling like a part of you that has long been sleeping is now awake! Props Required: 2 blocks.
