Post-Run Balance - Preview

Get a nice balance of stretching and strengthening after your run. Target areas of the body that commonly get tight from running and strengthen your core for greater stabilization. You'll also strengthen your upper body, which is often ignored while running, with down dog push-ups and plank work.
