Full of unconventional vinyasa flows with added strength work and fun twists, this upbeat fusion workout is all about building strength, endurance, and familiarity. If you're looking for a summer challenge, consider repeating several times throughout the week. All props are optional additions that will create more resistance if you want to turn up the heat. Props Suggested: A block, 1 lb ankle weights, 2-3 lb hand weights.
