Mindful HIIT - Preview

This fast-paced yet mindful HIIT class will leave you feeling strong and focused. After warming up your body, power through thirty-second bursts of high-intensity movements, including squats, jumping jacks, and forearm side plank press-ups. You'll get your heart pumping and your blood moving, then ease into a yoga cool down and a brief seated meditation. Props Suggested: A blanket.
