Reverse the effects of travel on your body, mind, and energy. Enjoy a sequence of standing forward bends to release your spine and refresh your mind, easy twists to balance and ground, a few simple backbends to bring you back into good postural alignment, and a breath practice to reset your energy. If you don't have your mat, a towel will do just fine! Props Suggested: A blanket or towel.
