Lower-Body Slide ’N Sculpt - Preview

Let the burn begin! Grab a fitball and some sliders for this dynamic, lower-body blast. These two props are some of the most efficient (and transportable) in fitness equipment. Engage all of the muscle groups while incorporating classic yoga postures for a fully balanced experience. Warm up with a simple lunge sequence, then shift right into sliders to fire up your inner thighs. Take it to squats and fit-ball-hamstring curls to keep the burn moving. You’ll amaze yourself at what you can accomplish in just 20 minutes. Required Props: Fit Ball, sliders or paper plates.
