Relax and Orient - Preview

This class is slightly longer than the rest, so we can cover the basics of Restorative Yoga, including how to use your props. If you're repeating this class, you can skip ahead to the final, luxurious 45 minutes, where we'll indulge in a long supported reclining pose and savasana. Props Needed: Three or four blocks, two bolsters, five or six blankets, and a hand towel.
