This is a nice, easygoing workout that's great for those who are newer to Pilates. A combination of restorative moves with strengthening, you'll activate every muscle in your body and leave feeling invigorated. Since this class was designed to wake you up, it's best to do in the morning or as an afternoon pick-me-up. Props Suggested: Resistance loop.
