Balance in your body brings balance in your back. Begin by warming up your body to release tension, then make your way into standing balance work to build strength and some heat in your base. Fire up your core before moving into weight work for an added bonus. A great, easy-paced sequence for developing balance and a supported back. Two or three pound weights are ideal for this one!
