Wake up slow, then begin to heat things up! This morning practice will warm up your core and activate your legs, utilizing a blanket and hardwood floor (or paper plates if you're on a rug) for dynamic lunges and slides. Use that energy to glide through Warrior variations, stoke the fire in Horse Pose with heel lifts, then create length and space in your front body and quads. You'll end with a quick pranayama practice so you can start your day invigorated. Props Needed: A blanket or towel and a hard floor surface or paper plates. Props Suggested: A block.
