Daily Leap of Faith - Preview

Work your way toward hanumasana, a pose which resembles the gigantic leap of faith taken by Hanuman in the Ramayana. You'll work on opening your front hips and hamstrings, flow through lunges and crescents, then set up your props for a deep stretch in hanumasana. Make this a daily practice to really start to sink into this powerful pose. Props Needed: Two blocks and a bolster.
