All teachers get burnt out from time to time. This practice will help you work with this state of stress and fatigue in a way that is soothing and grounding. Wring out tension with easy twists, go inward with forward folds, and restore calm energy with time upside down in headstand and a lengthy supported legs up the wall. Props Needed: A bolster, a block, and wall space.
