This quick flow is aimed at strengthening the legs and toning the intrinsic muscles of the feet for better balance and stability both on and off the mat. Class begins at the wall to fire up your quads, calves, and the arches of your feet then returns to the mat for flows with lunges and dips and lizard to stretch it all out. Props Needed: Wall space.
