Open to the Flow of Creativity - Preview
This is a simple yet very powerful practice to do when you need to reset your energy and open your inner flow of creativity. You'll begin by warming up your spine, then open your chest and back to help your energy circulate. Practice includes a visualization of colors moving through your spine and the chant ONG, which both help to remove creative blocks and build focus in the present moment. Helpful for writer's block, to break a stress cycle, or after work before time with family or meditation.
