Every yogi's practice waxes and wanes periodically. This practice - while suitable for everyone - is created for students who want to return to their practice after a hiatus. You'll begin mildly by warming up your hips, shoulders and spine, then progress into a balanced, all-around flow. With just enough sun salutations, standing poses, accessible arm balances and mild backbends, you'll get back into your practice without feeling overwhelmed.
