This practice is all about taking the basics of a vinyasa flow practice and making sure every movement is done with intention and purpose. Focus on the movements between poses while learning proper pelvic tilt and shoulder alignment in postures like tabletop, crescent, plank, and warrior II. Finish with hip-opening work and a quiet seated moment, then move through the rest of your day with intent. Props Suggested: Two blocks.
