Slowly and strategically chip away at several challenging postures that are often found in Level 2 classes. You'll patiently lay the foundations for a few arm balances, binding postures and backbends. Explore side plank, crow and side crow, then move on to a bound twist and urdhva dhanurasana (wheel). This class will provide you with accessible challenges and a methodical approach to learning.
