This practice moves fairly quickly to open up your shoulders and activate your upper back. A nice build combining postures for flexibility like quarter dog with strengthening poses like plank, virabhadrasana III with arm variations and block supported lunges. All of this before camel and dancer pose, which will feel more expansive and accessible. Your posture will feel more open all day long. Props Needed: A block.
