Practice a jam-packed sequence dedicated to the basics of vinyasa flow movements. Sun salutations (surya namaskar) A and B are broken down without jumps, forward or back, and blocks will be used to aid in mobility. Includes cat/cow warm ups and a simple supported backbend.
