This class invites you to contemplate the benefits you receive from your practice while paying homage to yoga’s ancient roots. You’ll cultivate a gratitude mindset while gliding through Surya Namaskar C (Sun Salutation C) variations, a Side Plank flow, a Warrior flow, Half Moon, Tree Pose, Dhanurasana (Bow Pose), and Reclined Cobbler’s Pose. It’s a creative sequence that gradually builds and ends with a brief Savasana. This class was designed to honor 2026’s International Day of Yoga.
