This class gets straight to the point! There will be much less chatting and a lot more moving, offering an experience of meditative motion. Designed for the more experienced practitioner, this continuous flow requires that you have a good understanding of your own range of motion and alignment. Begin with warming surya namaskars before moving through a series of postures that include ardha chandrasana (half moon), natarajasana (king dancer) and eka pada galavasana (flying pigeon).
