Welcome to the mat! If this is your first yoga class, you’re in the right place. It’s also a great one to return to time and again for improving your foundations. You’ll explore essential standing and seated postures that you’ll practice often, including Cat/Cow, Plank, Down Dog, Lunges, Warrior II, Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide-Legged Forward Fold), Bhujangasana (Cobra), Seated Twist, Sukhasana (Easy Pose), and Supta Padangusthasana (Reclined Big Toe Pose).
