This class celebrates the original intention of yoga asana: to build alignment in the body and stability in the mind, preparing for meditation. Through a strong flow, you’ll develop a flexible nervous system and meditative rhythm. Move briskly through Sun Salutations, Squats, standing postures, Planks, Bird Dog, Wheel Pose, ab work, Supine Twist, hip openers, and Upavistha Konasana (Wide-Angle Seated Forward Fold) to Hanumanasana (Splits). This class was designed to honor 2026’s International Day of Yoga.
