This Vinyasa practice recites mantra throughout a continuous flow that includes Anjaneyasana (Crescent), Ardha Hanumanasana (Half Splits), 90/90, and Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclined Bound Angle). As Jo says, “One of the most powerful yogic tools we can turn to when opening the heart is mantra.” The mantra featured is the heart mantra “Om mani padme hum,” which, at its essence, means “As the lotus of wisdom unfolds, we discover the jewel of compassion.”
