Sweat in celebration of Pride in this fast-paced workout designed to move past resistance while building strength and endurance. Enjoy a brief warm-up, then utilize a resistance band in full-body exercises; one HIIT series is done three times through. Exercises include Jumping Jacks, Burpees, Squats, Step Outs, Clams, and Plank variations.
