Show up as you are; this morning practice meets you there. You’ll work with props to address common aches and pains that may arise after sleeping: stiff shoulders, creaky joints, and a compressed back. Start gently with a Hatha-style warm-up before building into a feel-good Vinyasa flow. Highlights include Cat/Cow, Bird Dog, a Triangle variation, Wide-Legged Forward Fold, Malasana (Squat), and Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclined Bound Angle).
