This mixed-modality, prop-supported class combines light strength training, Pilates, and gentle physical therapy-style movements to help you exercise safely with a knee injury. You’ll move through a slow yet steady sequence that includes standing free-weight exercises, stability work, standing Pilates exercises, Bridge work, and Pilates abdominal work.
