A short practice of the simplest poses focusing on form to get your energy flowing again. Practice flipping your wrists while nourishing your hips with lunges, pigeon, and malasana. Open the space inside and feel the smooth flow throughout your system, from head to toe. The class culminates with a sweet seated hip opener and meditation. Take savasana on your own if that feels good.
