This standing (slow walking) meditation can be done anytime, anywhere to counter restlessness and refocus your mind. You’ll begin by standing in Mountain Pose and settling in, then walk very slowly to feel your body and each step with sharp attention. Finish with an awakened sense of connection to yourself.
