This gentle class is designed to support you on your healing journey. It’s a slow and intentional sequence — no flow included — that focuses on the breath and recovery-style movement for the entire body. Highlights include Supported Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle), wrist stretches, Thread the Needle, a hip release, and Child’s Pose. Please note: This class is for those looking to return to practice and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
