This beginner-friendly Hatha class covers the fundamentals of yoga in a sequence that balances mobility, strength, and flexibility. You’ll start slowly with warm-up poses, then enjoy mild movement and cues on meditation and cultivating awareness. Postures include Cat/Cow, Tabletop core strengthening, Low Lunge, Half Sun Salutations, High Lunge, and Reclined Cobbler’s Pose.
