This practice focuses on strengthening and supporting your legs and lower back, aiming to fortify the spinal muscles and help you feel safer in your back body. Plus, you’ll explore using longer exhalations to calm the mind. Begin in Child’s Pose before moving through a steady, grounding sequence with Lunge to Runner’s Stretch, Chair to Standing Forward Fold, and modified versions of Triangle, Warrior I, and Warrior III. Finish with seated and supine stretches, ab work, and Savasana.
