Balancing on one leg is something you can take for granted. If you're looking to create more stability in your pelvis and lower body, look no further! Working on one-legged balance postures is the way to go. Expect a good dose of hip, hamstring, low back and core strengthening with this dynamic sequence. Flow into postures like warrior III, ardha chandrasana (half moon) and pistol squats, using a block to challenge your practice. Props Needed: A block.
