Often, you may be lead to believe that the only way to achieve your goals is to push yourself to the limit. But if all you do is push forward, you will eventually burn out. Practice a healthy balance between challenging yourself and taking time to pull back to rest and restore. Begin in easy pose and move through a sequence that includes lunges, standing balances, locust and pigeon. A great class for beginners!
