This slow, steady practice focuses on balancing the body to ease and support your lower back. You’ll focus on building awareness around asymmetries in the hips, lower body, and side body to find a sense of length and space. Highlights include shoulder and chest opening, deep side stretches, outer hip work, and Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose) at a wall. This is the second class in Annie's three-part series that supports the lower back, offering gentle movement after pain, injury, or tenderness.
