In this smooth moving flow, use props to gently, yet completely, stretch out the entirety of your shoulders, as well as make deeper, longer hamstring stretches very accessible. Practice pyramid and variations of warrior poses, moving on to standing balance poses to work these two important areas of your body. Props Needed: Two blocks and a strap.
