You’ll move through creative Sun Salutations and explore a range of seldom-taught poses, including deep hip openers like Surya Yantrasana (Compass Pose), Krounchasana (Heron Pose), and Kapinjalasana (Partridge Pose), plus arm balances like Bhujapidasana and Tittibhasana.
